Browse through the online store, select a category from the menu and browse the products on offer. Once you have selected your item, choose the format (bottle or sample) if required, then add it to your basket by clicking on "Add to basket". You can continue shopping by clicking on "Continue shopping" or access your basket by clicking on "View basket". You can then proceed to the next step by clicking on "Finalize my order". We advise you to create an account on our site in order to have access to exclusive advantages.

An email is sent after your order has been validated with a PDF invoice showing the price of the items, delivery and taxes applied.

In the event of a problem with your order, please contact our after-sales service at sav@elegance-emiratie.com.
Include as much information as possible about your order (order number, account email, first and last name, place of delivery, etc.) and an explanation of the problem encountered. You can add attachments if necessary.
Our teams will get back to you as soon as possible to help you find a solution.

Deliveries

Once your parcel has been dispatched and entrusted to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail with the associated tracking number, depending on the delivery method you have chosen.
If you haven't received this e-mail 72 hours after placing your order, you can contact Customer Service, who will inform you of the progress of your order.

Depending on the country of destination, we work with the following carriers:

  • Mondial Relay

The delivery methods available for your address will be displayed once your basket has been validated.

For customs and logistical reasons, shipping to certain countries is not available on our website. Please contact us at: sav@elegance-emiratie.com

Free delivery in France with Mondial Relay applies from the moment a bottle is added to your basket.
It does not apply to single samples.

If you are unable to be present for the delivery of your order, we invite you to contact the carrier of your order, indicating your tracking number received by email when the package was shipped.

My account

It is not necessary to create an account to order on our site. It is possible to place orders in guest mode.

To create an account, go to the menu and click on login.

After submitting your registration, an e-mail will be sent to you to validate the creation of your account.

You can modify your personal information or delete your account from your personal customer area.

To access your order history, you must be logged in to your account and go to the "Order history" section of the customer area.

The unsubscribe link is in place and present in each newsletter footer, click on the "Unsubscribe" link.

Payments

We use the Shopify payment and Paypal payment modules which allow you to pay with the following payment methods:

  • Diners
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Paypal

During the process, the supported payment methods will be displayed.

If payment is refused, your order will be automatically cancelled. Please check your payment details. You can also contact your bank to find out why your card is not working.

We accept only one method of payment per order. If you wish to use more than one method of payment, please place several orders.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return. Please note that only new, unopened perfumes can be returned.

For security reasons, refunds can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

To return your item, you can choose the shipping service of your choice. We advise you to choose a service that allows you to track your shipment.
